South East Region of the NPC is affiliated to National Pensioners Convention (NPC) and in turn is linked to the local action groups in Kent, Sussex and Surrey with whom it holds regular meetings to help improve the effectiveness of the National Pensioners movements.

South East Region Mission Statement

The Aims and objectives of the South-East Region of the NPC are to promote and defend the welfare and interests of ALL pensioners in the region without exception in their just desire to live in decency with dignity and independence. The region also aims to act as an umbrella organisation by providing co-ordination for the various Pensions-oriented Action Groups across the South East Region of the United Kingdom.

  • The South East Region covers, Kent, East Sussex (including Brighton), West Sussex and Surrey.

  • SENPeC supports the Pensioners Charter in support of a better State Pension
     
  • The affiliation fee is £15 for affiliates organisations with over 50 members, £10 for those with less than 50 members and £5 for individuals outside an affiliate organisation.
     
  • SENPeC co-operates with the ISITFAIR campaign against the unfair burden of Council Tax.
  • There are over 40 affiliate groups throughout the region
